After ruling the DubSmash app, joining Eat Bulaga!, proving her knack in impromptu, and endorsing brands with Alden Richards, YayaDub aka Maine Mendoza is set to grace the big screens during the 2015 Metro Manila Film Festival.

The 20-year-old Maine is officially joining the upcoming film, My Pabebe Love, along with the other half of the phenomenal love team, Alden Richards, Bossing Vic Sotto and Ai-Ai delas Alas.

Details about her role is scares, but we have some clues from My Pabebe Love director Jose Javier Reyes. Direk Joey has posted many photos on social media, showing him and Maine hard at work inside the studio. In some entries, he also referred to Maine as “Anna”.

Hmmmm….

Maine, for her part, only posted one word on her Twitter account, which could possible refer to her participation in the project.

It’s been a whirlwind couple of days for AlDub. They broke Twitter records, they led TV ratings, bagged a TV ad with McDonalds, and got another campaign with Talk ‘N Text.

Just yesterday, fans were treated to a one-minute TV ad featuring the pair. And like their roles in Kalyeserye (and real life!) Alden and Maine did not see each other but managed to communicate by lipsyncing songs.

The hashtag #ALDUBForTALKNTEXT trended on Twitter and was mentioned more than a million times
