There’s a nacho party happening at Promenade in Greenhills Thursday afternoon

Nacho Bimby is this new-ish snack stand in the second floor of Promenad in Greenhills right next to the theaters. It serves Tex-Mex snacks like soft tacos and quesadillas but as its name suggests, nachos are the name of the game here.

For its grand launch today, Nacho Bimby is giving away free nachos from 4-6pm this afternoon. The fine print? Free nachos until supplies last, that is.

Two variants from its four-flavor nacho menu will be made available later: La Bimbeef, which is Kris Aquino’s special pulled beef recipe, and LuchaChix, which features char-grilled chicken on top of the corn tortillas. Yup, Kris Aquino is one of the owners and in case it isn’t obvious, Nacho Bimby is named after her second born.

Completing the nacho menu are Señorita Salsa, which has the pico de galla and salsa, and the Killer Queso, which has cheese over the corn tortilla chips. But these aren’t available for later. We’re just, you know, FYI.

If Thursday is a little too soon for you, no worries. The party continues all through the coming weekend with a buy-1 get-1 promo.
