We’re glad the National Museum is making a habit out of this!
It is again waiting its PHP150 entrance fee the entire month of October because it is the Museums and Galleries Month. And because it is also its 40th birthday, The National Museum Planetarium is doing the same with its PHP50 door charge!
You can now watch any of the Planetarium’s three shows for free. There’s the Andromeda (9-10am, 10:30-11:30am), which tells the story of cosmic distances. Starry, Starry Night (1:30-2:30pm), which is on the life cycles of stars. And finally, The Journey to the Solar System (3:30-4:30pm), which is about our celestial neighbors.
But here’s the fine print: The shows have a minimum of 50 attendees. So peeps from the Planetarium suggest for you to call first to make sure there are enough of you for the trip out.
