Heads up, voters.

“The Commission on Elections (Comelec) announced that the registration for voters is suspended from October 12 to 16 to give way to the scheduled filing of certificates of candidacy (COCs) of national and local candidates,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

The report noted: “Given the remaining time before the October 31 voter registration deadline, the Comelec has decided to extend shift hours and add more venues for registration and validation in anticipation of a spike in last-minute registrants in the coming days.”

Thus, starting Oct 17 to Oct 31, Comelec offices will be open daily from 9am to 9pm for voter registration.
