On Wed, Oct 7, the camp of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte released an initial list of senatorial candidates that will compose his “Dream Team.”
“Duterte has maintained that he will not join the presidential race, but he said the ones on his list will get his full support when the campaign for the 2016 elections kicks off,” reports Philippine News Agency.
The list, which was released by one of Duterte’s allies, former North Cotabato Governor Emmanuel Piñol, contains the following names:
1. Sen. Serge Osmeña
2. former Sen. Ping Lacson
3. Rep. Manny Pacquiao
4. Rep. Martin Romualdez
5. Rep. Samuel Pagdilao
6. Rep. Mark Villar
7. Manila Vice Mayor Isko Moreno
8. former senator Migz Zubiri
