As we all know, the Oct 2015 fashion issue of the Philippine Tatler featuring Ilocos Norte Governor Maria Imelda Josefa “Imee” Marcos in a voluminous red gown and with her feet bare has stirred up controversy.

There are a lot of people who interpret the cover as an affront to those who were tortured and killed during the 20-year dictatorship of Rep. Marcos’ father, former President Ferdinand Marcos.

To vent their disgust over the magazine cover, the Pixel Offensive posted this “redone” image. It shows Rep. Marcos with an image of her parents, the late President and current Ilocos Norte 2nd District Rep. Imelda Marcos, with skulls and blood.

The image has gone viral. As of 2pm on Fri, Oct 9, it has gotten 437 shares.
