Here’s another actor-politician.

“Actor Vandolph Quizon — son of the late comedian Dolphy and Parañaque 1st District Councilor Alma Moreno — filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) for councilor at the Parañaque office of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Tue morning, Oct 13,” reports GMA News Online.

Meanwhile, Moreno (real name: Vanessa Lacsamana) is said to be running for senator under the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA).

The report noted: “Vandolph, who was accompanied by Moreno and his wife, Jenny, in filing his COC, joined the ticket of incumbent Parañaque Mayor Edwin Olivarez and Rep. Eric Olivarez last September during the oathtaking ceremony of the ruling Liberal Party.”
