Since all 55,000 tickets to the Philippine Arena concert of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza (aka Yaya Dub) on Oct 24 were sold out within three days, organizers of “Tamang Panahon: Live At The Philippine Arena” have begun selling tickets to enter the 25,000-seater Philippine Sports Stadium next door where fans can enjoy “a view to the event,” reports Edwin Sallan on Interaksyon

This Saturday’s event is fast turning into a grand meet-up for fans of the phenomenal love team, dubbed #AlDub, which started as a comedy skit on the afternoon TV variety show Eat Bulaga. There are people from overseas who are coming home to catch the show even if they were not able to buy tickets on time.

Emz Malabanan-Almeda, a Filipino based in Singapore, is one of them. “It’s my birthday. And then I learned there will be an Aldub concert! I want to watch and I’ve been trying to find tickets but it’s all sold out. If you know anyone, I’m willing to pay three times more just to be able to watch the show,” she tweets Coconuts Manila.

For the first time ever in the love team’s timeline, Lola Nidora, the strict and old-fashioned boss of Yaya Dub who dictates what the two can and cannot do, has not set any limitations, conditions, or restrictions for “Tamang Panahon: Live At The Philippine Arena.” Does that mean we can expect the couple to at least hold hands, or even hug?

Like most things AlDub, “Tamang Panahon” has quite the values — 100% of its proceeds will go to creating and building libraries in schools around the country. Isn’t that rad?
