What the hell is it with burning vehicles on EDSA this week? Is the collective hate for Metro Manila’s main thoroughfare so great that the bad energy is causing vehicles to go up in flames? Or is this merely a case of people driving substandard vehicles?
On Tue morning, Oct 27, a Nova Auto Transport bus burst into flames on the northbound side of EDSA, near Ayala and Buendia Avenues.

Then, on Wed evening, Oct 28, a motorcycle on the northbound lane of EDSA, near the intersection of Shaw Boulevard, caught fire. According to the report on ABS-CBNnews.com, which was filed at 1:57am on Thu, Oct 29, teh authorities have yet to find out the cause of the motorcycle fire. There was no mention of the motorcycle rider or riders, so we assume that nobody was reported hurt.
