Sounds like actress Heart Evangelista and husband Sen. Chiz Escudero have achieved the perfect personal-professional life balance.
“I don’t think Heart will endorse me on TV. She’s my wife and people know that. I don’t think that she will come out in an ad to endorse me,” Chiz said.
But more than that, Ervin Santiago of Bandera notes that Chiz doesn’t have any ads to begin with. That’s because the senator doesn’t have enough cashola for airtime — at least that’s what he said.
“So bago tayo pumunta sa endorser, pagusapan muna natin ang airtime. Wala pang airtime eh, endorser pa? I think I’m one of the few, if not the only one, without an ad now.”
He did, however note that Heart may be able to go around with him now that her show, Beautiful Strangers, is about to end.
And more: “Kapag umikot man si Heart, malamang ang kasama niya ay isa sa mga matalik niyang kaibigan na kapatid ni Sen. Grace na si Lovi. Para pag umikot sila ay ‘Poe at Escudero’ din sila,” the senator jokes.
