Cebu Pacific launches travel website so you don’t need to fly to read ‘Smile’

Our only question is: What took Cebu Pacific so long?

Anyone who’s been on a Cebu Pacific flight knows that one of the low-cost carrier’s secret weapons is its well-made inflight magazine, Smile.

The best travel magazine in the Philippines, if you ask us.

So we’re thrilled that we won’t need to go on a flight just to get our hands on the latest issue.

Cebu Pacific has finally integrated the stories of Smile in a microsite called Way To Go. You’ll see the link on the upper right hand corner of Cebupacificair.com.

Way To Go is branded as a travel-lifestyle hub that gives the latest travel news and tips, and also recommends restaurants, resorts, museums and other must-see places in the Philippines as well as other countries in Asia, Dubai and Australia.

Selfies and pictures can be posted on a community board, while the My Travel Kit function acts like travel mood board. You can create folders where you can save articles about your next flight.

Pretty soon, Way To Go will launch a widget that allows you to book in advance your trip, accommodations, and car rentals.

All that just makes the whole thing easier for the traveller.
