Offers from collectors who want Pia Wurtzbach’s now iconic blue gown has reached eight digits.
This was revealed by Albert Andrada, who designed both the blue gown and Pia’s national costume, in a report by Jeff Fernando for Push Mobile.
“Kinikilabutan ako sa presyo na binibigay sa akin. Masyadong malaki, it’s unbelievable,” shared Andrada.
However, the designer prefers to keep the gown as a souvenir.
“Syempre anong mararamdaman ni Pia kung pagbibili ko ‘yan, syempre siya rin gusto niya yan makita anytime na pagtanda niya nadiyan pa rin yan,” said Andrada.
The designer also shared that he enjoys seeing people replicating Pia’s blue gown on various social media sites.
“That’s one way of them celebrating Pia kaya that’s fine with me,” he said.
