JaDine fans, rejoice.
After months and months of denial, James Reid and Nadine Lustre of Ang Diary ng Panget and On The Wings of Love fame have finally admitted that they’re an item in real life.
The two officially became an item last Feb 11, according to this ABS-CBN report published yesterday, though James had been dropping hints days before.
In an interview with Philippine Star ahead of their post-Valentine concert at Smart Araneta Coliseum, James said this about Nadine: “She’s my best friend… Actually, she’s more than just my best friend. She’s my partner.”
Asked again for the real score between the two of them, James replied, “Why do you think is the concert called JaDine In Love?”
The 22-year-old actor added that the song from their concert play list that would describe his relationship with Nadine woud be “Love Never Felt So Good.”
At the concert, when James said “I love you” to Nadine, she responded with a tight hug.
James is aware that there are fans who think that the revelation was just a gimmick to promote their concert. “I did not do it for my fans, I just did it for my own,” he told Pep.ph yesterday.
