A vendor from Laguna who earns a living by selling rags to jeepney drivers won the PHP94,210,188 jackpot prize of the Super Lotto 6/49 on its April 14 draw, Inquirer reports.
The winning combination was 13-20-31-41-45-46. He arrived at these numbers with the help of lucky pick, a feature which eletronically selects the numbers for the player.
The 40 year old earns PHP100 a day. For the last nine years, he has been setting aside a portion of his meager income to play lotto because he had faith that it would make him rich.
Well, it paid off. He’s now a multimillionaire!
To ensure the financial security of his family, he wants to invest in an apartment complex which he would lease to tenants.
Unfortunately, his wife will not get a taste of his good fortune as she left him because she didn’t want an impoverished life.
