Another Pinoy fastfood brand is making its mark overseas.
“On Wed, Apr 27, Max’s Group Inc. said it would open 10 Yellow Cab stores in Egypt and five others in Jordan in the next five years as it pursues an aggressive overseas expansion. Operations in the Jordanian capital of Amman will start this year, followed by Egypt in 2017,” reports ABS-CBN News.
The report noted: “The restaurant operator told the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) that it signed a development agreement with Jalal Holdings for its planned foray into the predominantly Muslim countries.”
Max’s had earlier announced plans to open five Yellow Cab restaurants in Singapore and another 10 in China’s Hunan province.
