All of a sudden John Lloyd Cruz has become a love guru. During an interview with the press while promoting his upcoming movie Just The 3 Of Us on Sun, May 1, the 32-year-old actor said you don’t need a love life to move on from a heartache.
“You have to be in love with life,” he told Jocelyn Dimaculangan of Pep when asked how he was able to move on from his split with Angelica Panganiban. “Paano kung wala kang girlfriend, wala kang boyfriend, madilim na buhay mo?”
John Lloyd added that he has “a beauty life.” “I’d rather see it as an opportunity to become a better person,” he said.
Meanwhile, during his guest appearance in the ABS-CBN morning show Magandang Buhay on Mon, May 2, John Lloyd gave advice to netizens with various love predicaments.
A netizen asked John Lloyd for tips on how to deal with a boyfriend who is cheating on her.
“Alam niyo wala namang manloloko kung walang nagpapaloko,” he said. “Maraming mga taong angal ng angal. Kahit di sa larangan ng pag-big, di ba? Sa ibang bagay, inis na inis tayo, reklamo tayo ng reklamo. Huwag kang magpaloko. Nasa atin din naman yun.”
