Looks like the first ever film team-up of John Lloyd Cruz and Jennylyn Mercado is a success. This also means that John Lloyd’s reign as the King of Pinoy Rom-Coms may go on for a few more years.
In an Instagram post, Mico del Rosario, the advertising and promotions manager of Star Cinema, announced that Just The 3 of Us earned PHP16 million on its first day of release on Wed, May 4.
Del Rosario wrote in the caption: “We are a certified mega blockbuster.”
The film, directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, also stars Joel Torre, Maria Isabel Lopez, Ketchup Eusebio, Joem Bascon, Yana Asistio, Victor Silayan, and Fifth Solomon.
