Kris Aquino is temporarily signing off…again

While you were busy voting and praying your preferred candidates win the election, Kris Aquino was busy bidding farewell to her fans yet again.

The so-called Queen of All Media told her 2.6-million followers on Instagram yesterday, May 9 that she was “signing off.”

Based on her posts, it seems that Kris is flying abroad with her sons Josh and Bimby.

“I promised my Kris TV viewers I’d share w/ you our new home- no more show but I’m keeping the promise, medyo matagal pa… I’ve always said, my sons & I wouldn’t have what we have now had it not been for the 20 years you allowed me to be part of your daily viewing.

“I thank my home network ABS-CBN, and all our past & current endorsements for the trust & the opportunities to be a part of your lives. Maraming Salamat. Much love & gratitude to all of you. Kris Aquino, signing off…”

But don’t hold your breath, guys. In an earlier Instagram post, Kris said she will only be gone until July.

A lot a has happened to Kris Aquino since March — she vowed to take a break from showbiz, she campaigned for Mar Roxas and Leni Robredo, she was criticized for allegedly using the presidential chopper, her brother the president revealed there was an Abu Sayyaf threat to kidnap her.

So she probably deserves a legit break.
