Enchong Dee is single again!
The actor confirmed in the Tue, May 24 episode of ABS-CBN’s late night talk show Tonight With Boy Abunda that he and model Samantha Lewis have broken up.
“I mean, ang dami na naming pinagdaanan together and this is just one of those. But, yeah, we’re just friends now,” he said.
“I love her. Bibihira ako makahanap ng ganoon klaseng babae (It’s difficult to find someone like her) but I think there’s just a certain point that you have to say stop,” Enchong added,
The 27-year-old actor first admitted his relationship with Samantha in 2014, when he brought her as his date to the 8th Star Magic Ball.
Right now, Enchong said he is not ready to fall in love again, adding he wants to focus on his career. “Now, work, work, work, work, work,” he said to the tune of the hit Rihanna song. “I just stick to that.”
And he will be busy, busy, busy, busy, busy in the coming weeks.
Enchong has an upcoming TV show with Bea Alonzo. He is also promoting his second album (yes, he sings) titled EDM (Enchong Dee Moves).
