In yet another viral video clip featuring his misencounters with the world, actor Baron Geisler is wearing a shirt with the words, “The Black Sheep.”
In the video, Geisler is engaged in yet another violent encounter. This time, it’s against stage actor Kiko Matos (who has appeared in indie films like Sino Nga Ba si Pangkoy Ong? and Nilalang, as well as shows like Maalaala Mo Kaya and Karelasyon).
The video clip of the Geisler-Matos smackdown was uploaded on Facebook by a user with the handle, Medmessiah CombatBoi. The fight supposedly happened at Tomato Kick on Tomas Morato Avenue in Quezon City. The clip has since been re-uploaded on YouTube by several other users.
The clip, however, did not indicate the specific date of the incident. We presume it happened fairly recently, most likely sometime after Geisler’s viral tiff with a University of the Philippine student.

So what happened?
Well, in this case, Geisler supposedly called out Matos because the latter was disrespecting a female bartender. Initially, Matos was not identified in the tweets and other social media posts of those who claimed to have witnessed the fight. At least one person mistakenly identified Matos as “an American.” Check out the screenshot of a witness’ account, which was also cited by GMA News Online.
However, Geisler himself identified Matos in a News5 Everywehere interview, where in he said, “Ikaw, Kiko Matos, magkita tayo sa mata. Mahal kita, pero bibigwasan kita (You, Kiko Matos, let’s see each other. I love you but I will hit you).”
Matos has not yet released a statement on the matter. Geisler did say that he loves him…so that must count for something, right? They may be able to patch things up over a cup of coffee.
One thing we learned from this new Geisler encounter is this: You can’t judge a person by the words printed on his shirt. In this case at least, Geisler seems to have had good intentions. Unfortunately, it led him straight to another hellish situation.
