Does this mean there’s a possibility for Coleen Garcia and Daniel Padilla to be step-siblings?
In an interview with ABS-CBN’s TV Patrol aired Wed, May 1, Jose Garcia, the father of actress Coleen Garcia, said he is courting TV host-singer Karla Estrada.
Karla, as you may know, is the mother of actor Daniel Padilla.
“When I see her, it’s like I’m looking into mirror. Ito pala yung babae na aberration ko. Sabi ko, baliw din pala ito,” Jose told TV Patrol.
The two first met when Coleen and Jose appeared in an episode of Magandang Buhay, the morning show Karla is co-hosting.
Karla even accompanied Jose during the premiere night of Love Me Tomorrow, Coleen’s movie, last week.
In any case, the actress gets Karla’s approval for her father. Coleen, 23, said Jose has been single since she was nine, when her parents separated.
Coleen’s mother Maripaz is now married to former Pinoy Big Brother contestant and erstwhile actor JB Magsaysay.
“I just want my dad to be happy and Tita Karla also deserves to be happy,” she said.
As for being Daniel’s stepsister, Coleen said: “It’s so weird, it’s so strange pero okay naman. Tanggap ko naman if ever.”
