What an unlikely stage for a much-awaited reunion!
On Monday, June 13, well-loved local band The Eraserheads performed for the crowd at “A New Day” at Makati Shangri-La, where PLDT and Smart launched their new logos.
It’s the first time for the band to perform since an invite-only party organized by Esquire magazine back in Sep 2014.
Ely Buendia, Buddy Zabala, Marcus Adoro, and Raimund Marasigan treated the crowd to favorites like “Ang Huling El Bimbo”, “Superproxy” and “With a Smile.”
In a video uploaded by ABS-CBN writer Rhys Buccat, you can see that frontman Eli Buendia has not lost his charm on stage. The band played with energy, just as they did back in the nineties.
