It’s official: Jodi Sta. Maria and Jolo Revilla have called it quits.
In an interview with ABS-CBN’s late night talk show Tonight With Boy Abunda on Tue, Jun 21, Jodi admitted that she and Jolo have broken up.
However, Jodi said she is in friendly terms with Jolo.
“We are no longer together. But we are friends,” Jodi told Tonight With Boy Abunda.
The actress did not any give details about the split.
Rumors that the two have called it quits first surfaced in February, but a photo of Jodi and Jolo together at a cafe in Las Pinas earlier this month temporarily dispelled the breakup rumors.
But in her recent press interviews while promoting her movie The Achy Breaky Hearts, Jodi was noticeably coy when asked about her love life.
In fact, when Jodi was asked if she’s currently dating anyone, at a press conference on Thu, Jun 16, she answered: “I will answer that in time.”
Jodi, 34, first confirmed her relationship with Jolo in 2012. Before dating Jolo, she was previously in a relationship with Pampi Lacson, with whom she has a son named Thirdy.
