Graduating students of the Ateneo de Manila University are in for a treat.
President Aquino’s final public engagement as the country’s 15th President might turn into a trip down memory lane as he is scheduled to give a commencement speech at his alma mater for the university’s graduation on Sat, Jun 25.
“I know that this Saturday he would speak at the commencement exercises at Ateneo de Manila University,” Communications Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr confirmed in an Inquirer report.
A true-blue Blue Eagle, Aquino earned his degree in Economics degree in Ateneo before joining his family in the United States when they were exiled.
