Watch: Mocha Uson gets an ‘exclusive interview’ with Duterte despite his media boycott

Performer, blogger, and now exclusive interviewer Mocha Uson posted the first part of her “exclusive interview” with none other than President-elect Rodrigo Duterte.

Uson has been a staunch supporter of Duterte long before the Davao mayor declared his candidacy.

When campaign season kicked off, she actively participated in sorties as well as on social media.

When Duterte won, she and her dance group Mocha Girls performed at the thanksgiving street party.

In fact, she is so invested in Duterte’s presidency that she even wrote a scathing open letter/warning/threat to Vice President-elect Leni Robredo (which reminds us of a paranoid wife).

On Facebook she explained that the connections she made during Duterte’s campaign helped her set a meeting with the president on Jun 24 in Davao City despite his decision to refuse interviews and boycott the media.

That connection, based on her earlier posts pointed, could be a certain Dong-Chin Centeno.

“It was a very humbling experience. Napakahaba ng pila, mahigit 5 hours ang paghihintay, mayaman man o mahirap pantay pantay ang pagdadaanan at WALANG VIP treatment. Maging mga BUSINESS TYCOONS ay pumipila at makikita lang natin yan sa DUTERTE ADMINISTRATION.”

(“It was a very humbling experience. The queue was so long and I had to wait five hours for my turn. There was no VIP treatment — even business tycoons had to wait in line, and you will only see that happening in a Duterte administration.”)

In the five-minute video, Uson and Duterte talked about some local issues and complaints submitted to Usoon through her blog and social media accounts.

The topics ranged from alleged abuse by government agencies to equal pay.
