The members of the Duterte family are known to be down-to-earth, so it’s no surprise when the Facebook page Proud Bisaya shared photos of Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte, daughter of President Rodrigo Duterte, shopping all by herself at New City Commercial Center (NCCC) Mall in Davao City.
Sara, who is taking her leave from being Davao City mayor from Jul 1 to 22, is shown pushing a shopping cart and then later holding a grocery basket.
Davaoeños say that this is not unusual, as members of the Duterte family shun special treatment.
