Jessy Mendiola reacted to persistent rumors claiming she caused the breakup of Luis Manzano and Angel Locsin.
In case you didn’t know, Luis recently admitted he and FHM Philippines’ 2016 sexiest woman are now dating. However, the TV host-actor has been vague about the real status of their relationship.
Luis and Angel broke up earlier this year.

In an interview with Push.com.ph during the story conference for her upcoming movie Extra Service on Sun, Jul 17, Jessy said Luis started courting her only after he and Angel called it quits.
“Babae ako (I’m a woman), it happened to me before. I wouldn’t do that to any other girl,” she said.
The 23-year-old actress admitted she gets hurt when people say she stole Luis from Angel.
“Para sa akin, malinis ang konsensiya ko. Malinis ang puso ko. I would never, ever destroy a relationship,” Jessy said.
She added, “Problema na nila yun, kung gusto nila mag-usap about it or clear anything with each other. Pero huwag nila akong isasali at huwag niya akong isasali kasi alam niya sa puso niya na hindi totoo.”
(That’s their problem, if they want to talk or clear anything with each other. But I hope she won’t involve me in their problems beause she knows in her heart that it’s not true.)
This comment may have stemmed from Angel’s recent statement when she talked to the press on Fri, Jul 15.
When asked for comment about Luis’ recent admission that he is dating Jessy, Angel said: “Nandoon na sila sa gano’ng buhay so nandito naman ako sa buhay ko, ‘di ba. Parang wala akong magandang masabi so hindi na lang ako magsasalita.”
(They’re in that point in their lives and I’m in this point in my life, right? It’s like, I have nothing nice to say so I shouldn’t say anything at all)
Ouch!
She added, “Kung ineenjoy nila ‘yung moment na gano’n, (eh) ‘di good job.”
(If they’re enjoying their moment, then good job.)
And when asked to clarify if her breakup with Luis had something to do with a third party, Angel replied: “Kung anong sinabi niya. Lagi namang gano’n eh. Kung anong sinabi niya eh di ‘yun na ‘yun. Kayo? Ano sa tingin niyo?”
(Whatever he said. It’s always like that. If that’s what he said, then that’s that. What do you think?)
