Months after their controversial split, John Lloyd Cruz and Angelica Panganiban were spotted together at a restaurant in Makati City.
A Facebook post by Filipino restaurant Sarsa Kitchen+Bar on Mon, Oct 17 shows the former couple posing for a photo with the restaurant’s staff. The photo’s location is tagged at the restaurant’s Rockwell, Makati City branch.
The caption for Sarsa’s Facebook post goes: “Monday just got very exciting.” We couldn’t agree more.
It’s not clear why John Lloyd and Angelica were both at Sarsa at the same time. But we’re assuming they’re having a nondescript lunch at Sarsa (their inasal is to die for, guys) judging from Angelica’s no-makeup look and John Lloyd’s casual vibe.
Why they were together for the photo is anybody’s guess.
John Lloyd admitted his split with the actress last Apr, after months of speculation about their relationship status. But they seem to be in friendly terms despite the breakup.
They already saw each other in Hong Kong just weeks after their split, and Angelica even helped the actor promote his movie over the summer.
In an interview last May, Angelica admitted she isn’t completely over John Lloyd.
