PH bet among top 15 in 2016 Miss Intercontinental pageant

Not bad!

Philippine bet Jennifer Hammond made it to the top 15 of the Miss Intercontinental 2016 pageant, held in Colombo, Sri Lanka on Sun, Oct 16.

Unfortunately, she failed to make it to the top five of the contest.

In the Miss Intercontinental pageant, only one contestant per continent is chosen to be part of the top five. This year, Asia was represented by Miss Sri Lanka, Tracy Zilva, who was named first runner-up.

Miss Puerto Rico, Heilymar Rosario, was crowned Miss Intercontinental 2016.

Miss Ghana Silvia Commodore was named second runner-up, Miss Italy Floriana Russo was named third runner-up, and Miss Venezuela Amal Karina Nemer was named fourth runner-up.

The 25-year-old Jennifer is a nurse by profession and is also a professional model. She hoped to become the country’s first Miss Intercontinental titleholder, after 2015’s Philippine bet was named first runner-up.
