So much for being just “close friends.”

Marlon Stockinger finally admitted that he and reigning Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach are “seeing each other.”

In an interview with Push at the red carpet of the 10th Star Magic Ball on Sat, Oct 22, he said: “Pia is very beautiful, of course, that is the reason why she is Miss Universe. I just feel lucky that we got to meet and we’ve been seeing each other.”   

But it looks like they are also taking it slow. 

The 25-year-old race car driver said they want to keep it pretty much “down low.”

“But, yeah, I’ve been seeing Pia,” Marlon said.

Rumors that something romantic is going on between Pia and Marlon started when the Fil-German beauty queen posted a photo with the Fil-Swiss racer last month.

The reports further intensified when Pia took to social media to correct a TV news report claiming that she is still dating “Sexiest Doctor Alive” Mikhail Varshavski.

In an intervew earlier this month, Pia confirmed that she’s currently single.

“I don’t think, no, no boyfriend yet. I don’t think so,” she said.

Marlon also said denied he’s dating Pia in an earlier interview, although he did say the 27-year-old beauty queen as “fantastic.”

“She’s friendly, she’s very beautiful, and I can’t say anything more than that. I think her beauty speaks for itself and she’s just a really nice person,” he said.

 Well, whatever changed between them, all we can say is — we’re happy for you, Marlon and Pia!
