AsiaPOP Comicon (APCC) posted on Facebook early Saturday morning that bad news: Jason Momoa best known for playing Khal Drogo on HBO’s Game of Thrones, won’t be able to make to the event this month in Manila.
The culprit? ‘Scheduling conflicts’.
This totally sucks. But for those who already have tickets, don’t worry. The event, scheduled on Sep 17-20 at the World Trade Center in Pasay, looks to be as star-studded as can be. Late Friday night, APCC announced that Paul Bettany — memba him from Iron Man? — is scheduled to swing by.
He joins Colton Haynes, Jeremy Shada, Whilce Portacio, and a slew of great Filipino illustrators in the four-day event. Tickets start at PHP500.
