After the successful launch of Cocina Viajeras last weekend at BGC in Taguig, it now moves to an airconditioned mall away from the glorious sun, in Glorietta, Makati.
Like the first event, this one promises the same exciting things as the chefs themselves are allowed to get playful and creative. Chef Chele Gonzalez of Vask, Magarita Fores of Cibo/Lusso/Grace Park, and private chef from New York Noel dela Rama are just some of the personalities who will bring their genius to the event. Here’s a sneak peek to the second Cocina Viajeras.
1. Chele Gonzalez and his modern Spanish cuisine. On the menu are the Pulpo a la Gallega Modern, Croqueton de Jamon y Pollo, Pinxtos Platter, and Black in Risotto.
2. Margarita Fores and her Italian inspired dishes. There will be Bikini Sandwiches for her Lusso food truck; rigatoni with iDiazabal cream and chorizo pamplona and spinach cabrales dip, jamon croquettas with tomatoes and thyme for the Alta one; and for Grace Park, chorizos in a blanket of manchego cream.
3. Noel dela Rama and his arsenal of Spanish cuisine. If you missed out on New York based private chef Noel dela Rama’s offerings last weekend, don’t worry. He’ll be serving more of the same good thing: paella balls, croquetas, fideua, and callos.
