Bloomberg TV’s Rishaad Salamat asked the most important question yet: what happens next when AlDub gets married?

On the heels of BBC’s feature on the love team of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza is another feature, this time on Bloomberg TV aired Wednesday morning.

In the “Brandstanding” segment of Bloomberg TV show Trending Business, social media manager Ehden Llave Pelaez explains to anchor Rishaad Salamat what AlDub is.

She talks about last Saturday’s “Tamang Panahon” concert, how the Kalye Serye started on the 36-year-old noon time show Eat Bulaga!, the many different things that make AlDub such a hit, and the fact that its audiences come from five continents. Wow — two more and AlDub has the world covered!

But Bloomberg takes it up a notch by discussing the profitability of AlDub — their mounting endorsements that cut across different industries and market segments, and how these brands see a “remarkable increase in profits.” Here, we get to see just how legit AlDub has become. They’re monetizing, for crying out loud.
